Effective July 20, 2000, the Department of Court Services was established by the General Division Judges of Butler County Common Pleas Court. The director of this division reports to the Administrative Judge. The Department of Court Services is responsible for the operations, funding and personnel of the Adult ProbationDepartment, PreTrial Services, Specialty Courts , and Community Corrections Act Programs. The Department of Court Services main office is located in the Butler County Courthouse 824 Martin Luther King Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio 45011 and includes the Adult Probation Department; and Pretrial Services. Specialty Courts is located in the Government Services Center at 315 High Street, on the Third Floor; and Pretrial Services are located on the 824 Martin Luther King Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
