The Department of Court Services is responsible for the operations, funding and personnel of the Adult ProbationDepartment, PreTrial Services, Specialty Courts , and Community Corrections Act Programs.

The Department of Court Services main office is located in the Butler County Courthouse at 101 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

The Adult Probation Department is located in the Butler County Courthouse on the Fourth Floor; Specialty Courts is located in the Government Services Center at 315 High Street, on the Third Floor; and Pretrial Services is located on the 3rd floor of the historic Butler County Courthouse.
